Return policy
Items purchased from Odem.today can generally be returned within 30 days of receipt. During this period, you can try and inspect the product, just as you would in a brick-and-mortar store. The product must be in its original condition and undamaged in any way. The product may only be removed from the packaging if it is unsealed.
If you wish to return the item, you must notify us. To do so, fill out the return form on our website or use the sample cancellation form below.
You can also notify us of your return by email to info@odem.today. Please note that you must return the items to us within 14 days of notifying us of the return.
Processing your return
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the returned item and then begin processing your refund. Your money will be refunded using the payment method you used at the time of purchase, unless you request a different refund. We will issue your refund within 5 days. We will cover the return shipping costs.
Items that cannot be returned
The following product types cannot be returned:
- Sealed products that cannot be exchanged once the seal has been broken.
- Purchases by business customers (B2B contracts).
- Products that have been custom-made according to the customer's instructions.
